CA FAIR Plan + Difference in Conditions (DIC)

For homes that can’t get standard homeowners’ coverage due to wildfire risk, we combine the California FAIR Plan with a DIC policy to fill in the gaps.

• Fire or Lightning, Smoke, Internal Explosion

• Extended Coverage (Windstorm, Hail, Explosion, Riot, Aircraft, Vehicles)

• Vandalism or Malicious Mischief
